Email: I recommend signing up for Hushmail: the only fully secure email service. Some people find they are better able to express themselves in writing. Therapeutic email exchanges allow you to send me detailed information about your situation, taking as much time as you need to express yourself fully. You can also refer back to what we've written, as needed. I will return an email with feedback, suggestions and recommendations within a week, usually. Chat: Skype allows for secure chat, as well as phone/video chat options. And it is free! Chat transcripts can also be saved for repeat reading as needed.
Phone/Video Calls: We can use Skype or I can call another phone number you choose at a pre-scheduled time. Keep in mind that Skype is the most secure option. Video conferencing is also available through Skype. People differ in how comfortable they feel seeing and being seen by the therapist.
